We use the right chemical mix for each surface, never more than the job needs. Before we spray, we thoroughly pre soak your plants, grass, and landscaping, keep them rinsed during treatment, and flush everything down when we're done. On homes with gutters, we bag the downspouts to collect runoff. On homes without them, we control the runoff at the ground and rinse it away. We treat your property like it's our own.

Common Questions

Is the cleaning solution safe for my plants and pets?

Yes. We pre soak and rinse all landscaping before, during, and after treatment. On roof jobs we bag downspouts or control runoff at the ground. Pets should stay inside during the wash, but everything is safe once we have rinsed down.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can access the areas being cleaned and your outdoor water spigot, you don't need to be there. We'll send before and after photos.

Will pressure washing damage my roof or siding?

We never use high pressure on roofs or siding. Those get soft washing, a low pressure treatment that kills the growth without touching the shingles or paint.

How soon will I see results?

Immediately on most surfaces. Roof stains fade over days to weeks as the treatment finishes working and rain rinses it clean.
